I'm glad that I was able to read your post. I think about you guys often and send little prayers up for you guys. I can't imagine what you are going through during this time and how hard it must be. Stay strong.

All I can say is I love you guys so much!! You are always in my thoughts and prayers, I want to be there with you guys more but shy away b/c I know that you need the 4 of you family time!! I know I say this all the time and you're probably tired of hearing it but I am here for you no matter what you guys may need!!! Keep your spirits high and it will be bearable!!! I know it's hard, dealing with all this and having to stay strong for everyone! I am thankful to know that you do give yourself time to have a good cry every now and again, it's theraputic to the soul sometimes! You can always call me, I'll be here or even drive up to you!!

Hey Skye. I wanted to thank you for sharing how you feel and being so honest. I know its not the same thing, but I do know to a degree what you are going through, and if nothing else, what the girls are going through. I lost my mom to cancer the day after my 16th birthday. She was diagnosed when I was 14 and remained pretty sick a majority of the time. Its hard for others to understand what its like, and god willing they never will. You do what you have to do. You keep going, you keep living, its what you have to do. When my mom first found out she was sick she told me something that has stuck with me forever. Live your life with no regrets, leave it all on the table. Never apologize for doing what you need to do for yourself and your family. I took it to heart and after she was gone I was able to look back and know that we'd done everything we could. Though it didn't bring her back, it did give us a lot of comfort and peace. Every day your girls look at your example of faith, compassion and love and it becomes a part of them. It is ingrained in their little heads how much you and Chad love each other, and it in turn shows them how to treat others. You may not see that as extraordinary, but people who have been there do. Not everyone reacts with devotion and compassion. So even when you feel like you're at the end of your rope, remember there are people out there (even ones that don't know you that well) that wish you strength, happiness and peace. If you ever need someone to talk to or vent at, please don't hesitate to let me know.
